AISC-2007 at DA-IICT
Two of our students participated at AISC-07 held at DA-IICT (DhiruBhai Ambani Institute ofInformation and Communication Technology), Gandhinagar. The ALL INDIA STUDENT CONGRESS 2007 was held from 28-30th September 2007 in the lush green campus of Dirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT) located in Gandhinagar, the capital city of Gujarat .
It is hosted by IEEE Gujarat section. The confluence was attended by over 25 colleges from all over India and witnessed an overwhelming 250+ students from all over the country. Amongst all the lectures and presentation, the Animation and Multimedia Workshop was a huge success. This involved the participation of all the students as we were taught flash and had to make a short animation clips(in groups of two) which were then combined to make a single clip which was showed to us the next day.
All this was followed by the branch presentation by each of the participating colleges. This was indeed interesting as we got to know how the other student branches are working and got to learn a lot of ideas to hold several events and to improve the working of our student branch. The organization of the congress was done very well. The organizers left no stone unturned to ensure the comfort of the guests.
